Writers, Play & the Lab

Headwater Studio is the artist hub. Headwater Play turns Studio minis into a skill-adaptive platform — and hosts Crowdwork-style party games (pass the phone). Material can hand off into theCrowdwork Writers Desk, which feeds live party banks and spin-outs.Caplifi Innovations Lab studies both the skill loop (Play) and the crowd loop (Crowdwork).

  1. 1. Studio → Play

    First Collection games mount into Headwater Play. Profiles learn domains (memory, inhibition, rhythm…).

  2. 2. Crowdwork-style party on Play

    Punch Line · Mind Meld · Spectrum Read — mirrors of Crowdwork Punch Up, Double Act, and Cold Read for living rooms without a TV host box.

  3. 3. Writers handoff → Crowdwork

    On Headwater Play, open the Studio tab, export a handoff JSON, then create a spin-out or feed proposal oncrowdwork.games/writers.

  4. 4. Caplifi Innovations Lab

    Lab study packs on Play (/api/lab/study) and Crowdwork (/lab) — one partner, two complementary learning systems.
