Founded by Matthew Gallegos in Indiana. Not an agency roster — a studio model where contribution turns into stake, tracked per project.

SlopHaus
Under Eclectic Ventures, SlopHaus is Headwater's merch and game partner. They run the human-or-not lab and Origin Deck trading cards; our characters feed new sets when a design is ready to graduate. Games stay first — merch is optional.
When a buyer is fooled by AI merch, a share goes to the Headwater Conservation Fund. Human artists still earn Artist Commons share on merch sales only.
